Pastrami, Peppers, Swiss, and Tomato on Rye

This pastrami, peppers, Swiss, and tomato on rye is one of my very favorite sandwiches because it’s quick & easy to make and tastes fantastic. I always cook my panini sandwiches dry (without butter or oil), and they turn out crispy without being greasy. The pastrami pairs well with deli mustard, tomato slices, Swiss cheese, and rye bread, while the peppers add a nice tangy flavor. This easy pastrami sandwich recipe pairs nicely with sweet potato chips, potato salad, fruit salad, deviled egg pasta salad, or a loaded garden salad.
