of broccoli florets
2
tbsp
olive oil
Pinch
of crushed red pepper flakes
to taste
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste

clove
of garlic
minced
Parmesan
finely grated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
Toss the broccoli with olive oil, then season with crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Place into the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
Flip the broccoli and add the minced garlic, making sure to toss to coat evenly with a spatula.
Continue to roast for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place in a serving bowl, then sprinkle with finely grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
