carrots
about 8 small carrots, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise

tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
honey
½
tsp
water
1
small clove garlic
minced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste

tbsp
fresh dill
chopped
Feta cheese crumbles
to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the carrots out evenly on the sheet.
Whisk together the olive oil, honey, water, garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste, and pour on top of the carrots.
Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring halfway through, until fork tender.
Remove the carrots from the oven and place them on a serving plate.
Top with the feta cheese crumbles and fresh dill. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
