Ingredients
1
small baguette
sliced thinly and toasted
5-6
small figs
sliced into thirds
Goat cheese crumbled
Honey
warmed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Slice the small baguette into thin pieces then put them on a dry baking sheet.
Place into the oven and bake until the slices are toasted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Coat a small baking pan with some cooking spray.
Slice the figs into thirds and put them into the baking pan.
Place them into the oven to bake for 10 minutes, or until the figs are softened. Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle some goat cheese crumbled on top of the slices of toasted baguette then top with fig slices.
Drizzle some warm honey on top of each crostini. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
