Roasted Fig Crostini with Goat Cheese and Honey
I had some ripe figs ripe & ready to be used up so I decided to make this easy roasted fig crostini with goat cheese and honey recipe lunch for my kids and me. It was delicious! My daughter and I loved the sweetened figs with the creamy flavorful cheese and the crisp crostini. My son wasn’t a huge fan of the figs– he said the texture was weird for him, so he settled for the goat cheese, baguette, and a drizzle of honey.
