Instructions
Place the potatoes in a large pot of well-salted, gently boiling water for about 25 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes in a strainer, then return them to the pot.
Place the milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 30 seconds or until the butter has melted and the milk is warm.
Pour the warm milk/butter mixture over the potatoes, squeeze the roasted garlic out of its skin and onto the potatoes, then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper.
Mash by hand or with a hand mixer until creamy and fluffy. Taste and re-season if needed.
Serve plain or with butter and extra black pepper. Enjoy!
