Instructions
Place potatoes in a large pot of well-salted. Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes in a strainer then put them back in the pot.
Place the milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 30 seconds or until the butter has melted and the milk is warm.
Pour the warm milk/butter mixture onto the potatoes, squeeze the roasted garlic out of its skin and on the potatoes then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper.
Mash by hand or with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Taste and re-season if needed.
Serve plain or with butter and extra black pepper. Enjoy!
