sesame oil

of sugar snap peas

tbsp
soy sauce
1-2
cloves
of garlic
minced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter and toasted sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sugar snap peas and soy sauce, then stir to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until crisp-tender.
Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste.
Remove from the skillet and serve with additional soy sauce on the side. Enjoy!
