Soy Sesame Sugar Snap Peas

Soy Sesame Sugar Snap Peas

I wanted a healthy and easy Asian side dish recipe to serve with the Asian-glazed chicken thighs and garlic rice I made for dinner recently. After looking through the fridge, I made this soy sesame sugar snap peas recipe. They were crisp-tender, flavorful, and paired nicely with the chicken thighs.

  1. Simple yet really tasty and filling. Unfortunately for me had no cooked chicken thighs to go along with it. Had some leftover ground beef though so I saute’d it with the peas. Good good! This was a really good easy recipe.

  2. Delious!! Made exactly as the recipe, but I let them sit in skillet off the heat, with a lid about 3-4 minutes before serving, still crunchy and great flavor, served as a side with grilled salmon
