boneless skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
Combine all the seasonings in a bowl; mix until well combined.
Season the chicken breasts evenly with the seasonings.
Heat the large cast iron skillet that's been coated with cooking spray over medium heat (feel free to use some olive oil instead if you prefer).
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for 5-7 minutes before slicing. Enjoy.
