Spicy Chicken Breasts
I made these chicken breasts to use in my lunches this week. I decided to do a spicy dry rub to give the chicken extra flavor. I cooked them simply in my skillet on the stovetop and only used cooking spray to keep them healthier but you can use olive oil instead if you prefer. The spicy chicken breasts smelled terrific while they cooked and tasted great! I love the extra kick the dry rub gave these chicken breasts.
How to Make Spicy Chicken Breasts
Combine all the seasonings together in a bowl; mix until well combined.
Season the chicken breasts evenly with the seasonings. Heat the skillet that’s been coated with cooking spray over medium heat (feel free to use some olive oil instead if you prefer). Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for 6-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for 5-7 minutes before slicing. Enjoy.
The dry rub sounds really good Pam 🙂

I like to make extra chicken for lunch also. So many lunch dishes can be made with it. Your spice mix looks perfect.
