Make the marinade by combining the soy sauce, orange juice & zest, honey, toasted sesame oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger in a large zip-lock bag. Add the pork chops and marinate for at least 1 to 24 hours.
Let the meat sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before grilling.
Grill the pork chops by heating a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops and grill for about 8-10 minutes. Flip over and grill for 8-10 minutes (1¼-inch thick cut chops), or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached on a meat thermometer.
Rest the meat for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy.
