Ingredients
Dressing:

unseasoned rice vinegar

toasted sesame oil

Salad:

large cucumber
thinly sliced

celery stalks
thinly sliced on a diagonal

green onions
thinly sliced on a diagonal

cilantro leaves (not packed)
loosely chopped
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the vinegar, toasted sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Add the cucumber, celery, green onions, and cilantro. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste; toss to combine.
Place into the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy.
