Roast Beef, Cheddar and Pepperoncini Sandwich
As I made the Roast Beef with Basil, Oregano, and Garlic, I envisioned the tasty roast beef sandwich I would make for lunch the following day and I couldn’t wait. The following day, I grabbed a sandwich with thin, leftover roast beef, some cheddar cheese, thick tomato slices, lettuce, pepperoncini, mayonnaise, and creamy horseradish sauce to make one fantastic sandwich. It was hearty, filling, and delicious. My son shared this sandwich with me and he loved it too.
