Coconut Vodka and Pineapple Juice
We worked on building a woodshed all weekend–actually, my husband did all the hard work, and I mostly tried to stay out of his way. I was recently sent some coconut vodka from UV Vodka, so we decided to try it out, and I made these coconut vodka and pineapple juice drinks after a long day of hard work. The drinks were creamy, tart, sweet, delicious, and refreshing on a hot afternoon!
Coconut Vodka and Pineapple Juice
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 1.5 oz of UV Coconut Vodka
- 1-2Â small cans of pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge
How to Make Coconut Vodka and Pineapple Juice
Fill a glass full of ice cubes. Add 1 shot of UV Coconut Vodka, and add pineapple juice to the top of the glass.
Stir well with a straw.
Place a pineapple wedge on top of the glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!

I always drink tropical drinks like this on vacation, or when I’m having a bad day and want to feel like I’m on vacation. Haha! I’m going to have to give that coconut vodka a try!
