I have seen pudding cookies all over the web for a few years now but I’ve never gotten around to making them. My kids wanted cookies for this weeks school lunch treat so I decided to finally give pudding cookies a try. They were simple to make and of course smelled delicious while they baked. My kids absolutely LOVE these chocolate chip pudding cookies and my husband does too. They make a great lunch treat or after dinner dessert
