Apple-Ginger Sparkler
My kids were taking a break from playing outside and were hot and thirsty, and although the apple-ginger juice is delicious on its own, I decided to give it a little pep. I muddled some fresh mint in a glass with a wooden spoon then added the apple ginger juice with lemon juice and some sparkling water to make this easy apple-ginger sparkler recipe. The combination of flavors was refreshing and delicious. My kids loved this apple-ginger sparkler and finished it in minutes.
