I was recently sent few bottles of R.W. Knudsen Family – Tomato Red Pepper Juice, Carrot Juice, and Sriracha Tomato Juice. I have been a a big fan of R.W. Knudsen Family juices since I first tried them several years ago. Their juices are always delicious, have no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and they are a part of the Non-GMO project, which I love! These three veggie juices they sent me are all organic and delicious on their own, added to recipes, or made into smoothies. My husband really enjoys the sriracha tomato juice and boy does it have a kick! I think both the sriracha tomato and red pepper juice is great plain with ice or added to a Bloody Mary. Thank you R.W. I wanted a fresh, healthy, and tasty smoothie for a quick snack yesterday. I decided to make a carrot and apple smoothie with clementine and lemon. I blended them together with some ice and the smoothie turned out beautiful, fresh, and flavorful. I got a nice boost of energy and I thought it was really delicious, my husband took a few sips and enjoyed it too.
How to Make a Carrot, Apple, & Citrus Smoothie
Combine the carrot juice, apple slices, clementine, squeeze of lemon juice, and ice in a powerful blender. Blend well until smooth. Serve and drink immediately. Enjoy.
Carrot, Apple, & Citrus Smoothie
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 apple sliced
- 1-2 clementines
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice to taste
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Combine the carrot juice, apple slices, clementine, squeeze of lemon juice, and ice in a powerful blender. Blend well until smooth.
- Serve and drink immediately. Enjoy.
