Dark and Stormy
I recently spent the entire day testing recipes, which makes for a fun and tasty day! That evening, I treated myself to a cocktail. My husband recently bought some delicious dark rum so I wanted to make a drink featuring it. I found a recipe for a dark and stormy that sounded perfect, so I picked up some ginger beer and limes at the store and made my husband and I a delicious cocktail. I loved the flavor of the dark and stormy and so did my husband. It was warming and delicious – perfect for these super cold nights here in Portland.

Dark and stormies are one of my favorite drinks! I could seriously put ginger beer in everything.
You lush! Just kidding….I can’t talk, I made a mixed drink out of Dr Pepper and oatmeal raisin cookie flavored moonshine. It was actually pretty good.
