Mixed Greens with Strawberries, Goat Cheese, and Marcona Almonds
I made the mistake of trying Marcona almonds. Bad idea! They are the most delicious nut I’ve ever eaten. I love the flavor and saltiness and crave them often. The problem is, they are not that good for you and are very expensive. I had a busy morning running around trying to make it to my son’s geography bee at school and an appointment right after, so by the time I got home for lunch, I was starving, so I made this beautiful and tasty mixed greens with strawberries, goat cheese, and Marcona almonds recipe and drizzled it with balsamic vinaigrette. This delicious salad took minutes to create and had a tasty combination of flavors and textures.
