Turkey and Sharp Cheddar Bagel Sandwich with Arugula, Spinach, and Tomatoes
I don’t know about you but my kids are starving after school and I don’t want them filling up on junk food so these sandwiches are a great option. I like making these turkey & sharp cheddar sandwiches on mini bagels for a quick and easy after-school snack or a tasty weekday lunch for myself and it’s a nice way to sneak in some extra veggies.
How to Make a Turkey and Sharp Cheddar Bagel Sandwich with Arugula, Spinach, and Tomatoes
Slice the bagel in half then slather one half with mayonnaise and the other half with mustard of choice. Layer the bottom half with the turkey, cheddar, and tomato slice. Season with freshly cracked black pepper then top with pickle, arugula, spinach, and bagel top. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy.
