Triple Berry Smoothie
I had a long night of insomnia recently which had me feeling rundown and cruddy the following morning. I rummaged through the refrigerator to find ingredients to make a breakfast smoothie and found some strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk along with a very ripe banana on the counter. I threw it all in the blender and made this delicious triple berry smoothie which only took seconds to make and gave me the boost I needed to get through the morning.
How to Make a Triple Berry Smoothie
Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, almond milk, ice, and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth then serve immediately. Enjoy!
- ½ cup strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- Agave or honey, to taste
- Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, almond milk, ice, and Greek yogurt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth then serve immediately. Enjoy!

The combining these berries gives a great taste. This ready smoothie surpassed all our expectations. The drink really pleased with pleasant notes of raspberry and blueberry.
