Triple Berry Smoothie

I had a long night of insomnia recently which had me feeling rundown and cruddy the following morning. I rummaged through the refrigerator to find ingredients to make a breakfast smoothie and found some strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk along with a very ripe banana on the counter. I threw it all in the blender and made this delicious triple berry smoothie which only took seconds to make and gave me the boost I needed to get through the morning.

How to Make a Triple Berry Smoothie

Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, almond milk, ice, and Greek yogurt in a blender.

Blend until smooth then serve immediately. Enjoy!

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Agave or honey, to taste

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, almond milk, ice, and Greek yogurt in a blender.
