Granola Cups with Yogurt and Fresh Fruit

Granola Cups with Yogurt and Fresh Fruit

I saw an easy granola cup with yogurt and fresh fruit recipe on Tasty that looked like a healthy and delicious after-school snack for my kids. The oat cups had a nice banana flavor, and they were a bit chewy, which both of my kids enjoyed. I topped them with vanilla Greek yogurt and fresh berries & kiwi. My kids loved these tasty little granola cups, and I loved how easy they were to make. Win/win.
