Mini Parmesan Crisps
I was making a salad to pair with dinner last night and discovered that I was out of croutons. I decided to make these mini parmesan crisps instead of running to the store. Not only are these crisps a great salad topper, but they are also a great snack too. My kids LOVE mini parmesan crisps and they never last long when I make them…this batch was no exception.
How to Make Mini Parmesan Crisps
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silpat mat.
Pour a heaping teaspoon full of finely grated Parmesan on the silpat mat lined baking sheet; flatten slightly with the back of the spoon. Repeat, spacing crisps an inch apart.
Place into the oven and bake for 4-5 minutes, making sure to watch them carefully so they don’t burn. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve as a salad topper or snack. Enjoy.

That’s it? Cheese? I could handle that. And I am with your kids; I would absolutely snack on these.
One ingredient…how cool! They look so thin and crisp.
What a nice idea!!! So easy to make 🙂
