Back from Disneyland!
Last week, we met up with my sister and her family in California so we could go to Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Newport Beach. It was a fun filled week with lots of adventures! My nephews have been to Disneyland before but my kids have not, so it was really fun for them to experience it together. We rode a ton of rides, ate lots of junk food, and walked for hours. Universal Studios was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed the Harry Potter exhibit (my favorite) and thought the studio lot tour was awesome too. We also headed to the beach for a day and enjoyed the beautiful ocean, warm water, and gathering seashells. The weather was in the 80’s while we were there and the sun was shining bright! It was a much needed vacation and we all had the best time.
The kids headed back to school today and I did loads and loads of laundry. I’ll be back to cooking tomorrow.

What a great treat for the kids (of all ages). As a kid I was very envious of those in the west who could go to Disneyland – pre Disney World.

We visited Disneyland in 2012 and it seems like a lot has been changed since then.
It’s wonderful that you and your sister get along so well that you want to spend vacations together. That also makes it nice for your kids, having close cousins. Welcome home, Pam; don’t let the laundry overwhelm you.
