Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing
This lemon garlic tahini dressing is creamy, delicious, and vegan. It’s a wonderful dressing for salads, makes a great dip for veggies, and a tasty sauce for most proteins.Â

It was a hot day, so I was preparing a smorgasbord for dinner along with a simple green salad, and I wanted to toss it with some tahini dressing. I found this easy lemon garlic tahini dressing recipe on Eat with Clarity that sounded tasty, and I had all the ingredients on hand. I adapted it by using more lemon juice to thin the dressing out instead of water, because we love all things lemony! The dressing has a great punch of flavor and made simple greens shine–and it was really tasty as a dip for veggies & flatbread.
