Grilled Balsamic Peaches
Delicious grilled balsamic peaches are a quick, easy side dish or dessert that’s perfect for summer meals!

My friend Currie recently had us over for dinner, and she served grilled nectarines with the meal; we all loved them. I had a pork chop recipe I wanted to try, so I decided to pair them with some grilled balsamic peaches. The peaches were tender, juicy, and sweet, and the perfect accompaniment to grilled pork chops (recipe to come), fresh summer corn, and an heirloom caprese salad.
Grilled Balsamic Peaches
Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, halved and seed removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish, if desired

How to Make Grilled Balsamic Peaches:
Heat a grill pan or grill over medium-high heat. Coat the grill pan with olive oil cooking spray.
Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, and use a small spoon to clean out the center, if needed.
Brush both sides of each peach half with oil.
Place the peach halves cut-side down, press down, and grill for 3-5 minutes. Rotate the peach to make grill marks, and cook for a few minutes.
Flip the peaches over and season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze, along with a few fresh thyme leaves, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
