Potato Bread

Potato Bread

I had some leftover creamy mashed potatoes and didn’t want to make my usual potato pancakes. I found this easy potato bread recipe on The Frugal Girl for potato bread that looked delicious and would pair nicely with the beer cheese soup I was making for dinner. I used my bread machine to mix and knead the dough and first rise but let it do the second rise and baked it in a loaf pan. This homemade potato bread smelled amazing when it came out of the oven and tasted fluffy, flavorful, and delicious.

  1. And you never thought you could make yeast bread. That looks terrific! I’ve used instant potato flakes in a pinch for potato bread, and it’s just as delicious that way, too!

    1. Kelsey,

Thanks for letting me know it was missing! Add it right before you add the yeast. I have corrected the recipe.
