Blue Cheese Dressing
I was looking for an easy blue cheese dressing recipe and found one on Simply Recipes. I love how quick and easy it is to make, and it pairs well as a dressing for salad or as a dip for wings, meatballs, veggies, burgers, chips, onion rings, or fries.
Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- ½ cup of sour cream
- ½ cup of blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
How to Make Blue Cheese Dressing
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper, to taste; mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors time to mingle. Enjoy!

I’ll have to try this. I’ve been on a blue cheese dressing kick for the last 2 weeks after eating a great wedge salad at Oswego Grill. I found another recipe, but this one intrigues me with the addition of vinegar. Thanks!
My family has a recipe that is similar to this. We had a little worcester and canned milk.
