Pork Chop Seasoning
This super easy homemade pork chop seasoning is a little smoky, a little sweet, and very delicious.
We’ve been eating pork chops more so I’ve been trying out a few different homemade pork chop seasoning blends, and this one from Hey Grill Hey is really tasty. It has a nice balance of sweet and smoky with a bit of a kick, and we all think it’s a great flavor combination that pairs nicely with pork chops.
Pork Chop Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
How to Make Pork Chop Seasoning
Combine the smoked paprika, paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried mustard, and cayenne pepper in an airtight glass jar. Seal with the lid and shake to combine.
Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container for up to 2 years.
