Creamy Pesto Dressing

This creamy pesto dressing is flavorful, rich, and makes even the simplest salad taste extra special.

Creamy Pesto Dressing

I’ve always loved the creamy pesto salad dressing at The Old Spaghetti Factory, so when I found a copycat recipe for their famous pesto dressing on CopyKat Recipes, I had to make it. I was pretty skeptical because the dressing used dried basil, but it tasted just like the restaurant’s version! We all enjoyed this pesto dressing over a simple salad, and it paired nicely with spaghetti with mizithra & brown butter and crusty bread.
