Easter Bark
My kids are no longer interested in coloring Easter eggs but love Easter treats. I’ll be honest, it makes me feel a little sad because they are growing up so darn fast! Thankfully, my kids don’t seem too old to enjoy holiday treats, so I surprised them with this Easter bark recipe for their school lunch treats this week. I used some almond bark, Easter candy, and sprinkles. So easy. So quick. So tasty. My kids were thrilled and said it’s super tasty.
Easter Bark
Ingredients:
- 6 blocks of almond bark, melted per package instructions
- Assorted Easter candy, such as jelly beans, malt eggs, and M&M’s
- Sugar sprinkles
How to Make Easter Bark
Melt 6 bars of almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, following the instructions on the package.
After the almond bark has melted, pour it onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly using a rubber spatula.
Scatter assorted Easter candy and sprinkles all over the melted almond bark.
Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or until the almond bark has hardened.
Break into small pieces and enjoy!

Simple and fun! Thanks for sharing, Pam, and Happy Easter!
Look so beautiful Pam!! Happy Easter!
So pretty and definitely says it is Easter time. Special treats for holidays are festive and important.
In elementary school, they used to send lunch menus home. The Thursday before Easter one year, the dessert was “jelly” on one line, and “bean cake” on the next. So I made a cake, sprinkled jelly beans over it, and called it “Bean Cake.” Everyone laughed; I’ve done it again several times. It makes me sad that the fun Easters are past, but happy to have a little reminder of that time. I know how you feel! Your Easter Bark looks great.
This is so cute and festive!
