Turkey and Avocado Wrap with Pepper Jack Cheese

Turkey and Avocado Wrap with Pepper Jack Cheese

I love making wraps for a quick and healthy meal that you can eat on the go. You can use any ingredients you have on hand, from veggies, meats, and cheeses to peanut butter and jelly. My son loves getting a wrap with ham, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar in his lunchbox. Today, I wanted my wrap to have a little turkey and be loaded with veggies. It was easy and quick to make, tasted fantastic, and pairs nicely with some fruit salad and potato salad.
