Baked Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

I saw a recipe for these baked salt and pepper chicken wings on Food and Wine that looked tasty and easy for our meal tonight. I trimmed the wings, then seasoned them simply with a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, and baked them for 45 minutes. These wings are delicious as they are, but they are also tasty dipped in barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, or hot sauce. This easy baked chicken wing recipe paired nicely with stove-top macaroni and cheese and a loaded garden salad.

These wings look really delicious!:)
They look amazing!
They look scrumptious!
As a Buffalo girl, it’s difficult to imagine chicken wings without hot sauce + blue cheese! 😉 haha. These do look really good though – simple and delicious!
Easy peasy! I love it! I’ll bet your son especially loved the implicit permission to eat with his fingers.
Chicken wings are a family favorite, especially for appetizers and during football season. I love how simply you prepared these wings, Pam. They are perfect for serving as is or with your favorite BBQ or hot wing sauce, etc.!
Delicious looking wings.
The simplicity of this recipe makes it fantastic. We did a similar 5 ingredient wing and I was surprised at how flavorful the wings turn out.
I love the idea of simple salt, pepper, and olive oil as seasoning. i recently saw something similar with shrimp and thought that it’s so simple, it’s genius!
Salt and pepper wings are DIVINE! I’ve just never make them myself. But I am tonight!
