Baked Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Baked Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

I saw a recipe for these wings on Food and Wine that looked tasty and easy for our meal tonight. I trimmed the wings then simply seasoned them with a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper then baked them for 45 minutes. Dinner was done! How easy is that? Quick, simple, and tasty – my kind of recipe.

Once you have trimmed the wings, place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle the wings with a bit of olive oil, to taste, then season both sides with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Spread the wings out on the pan and place them into the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken after 30 minutes then continue to bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through. Serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
