Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta
My friend Mo introduced me to this turkey, cranberry, and cream cheese on toasted ciabatta sandwich and I have loved it ever since. I gathered together the ingredients to make one for lunch today. I toasted the ciabatta, slathered it with cream cheese, and then added the remaining ingredients. Combining turkey, creamy cheese, sweet/tart cranberries with crisp lettuce, and juicy tomatoes on toasted bread is divine! It’s my favorite sandwich right now and is so easy to make.
How to Make a Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Toast the ciabatta in the oven or toaster oven until golden brown.
Spread a bit of cream cheese on both halves of the ciabatta roll. On the bottom portion of the roll, spoon some cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese followed by turkey, lettuce, and tomato slices. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Top with the remaining roll half. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
