S’more Pops
Do you want a quick and easy way to put a HUGE smile on your kids’ faces? Look no further. I made this easy s’more pops recipe for my kids’ school lunch treats. They were fun & easy to make and they turned out great. I individually wrapped the marshmallow tops with plastic wrap and then stored them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They don’t melt and get gooey in their lunch box and my kids and their friends loved them. These are a must-try treat for those who love s’mores!
S’more Pops
Ingredients:
- 10 jumbo marshmallows
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 graham crackers, smashed into crumbs
- 10 lollipop sticks
How to Make S’more Pops
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl, put into the microwave, and cook for 30 seconds. Remove and stir then place back into the microwave for 20 seconds. Remove and stir then place back into the microwave for 10 seconds. Remove and stir until completely melted. If needed, continue cooking for 10-second increments. Be careful not to overcook the chocolate!
Place the graham crackers into a plastic bag then pound them until they are small crumbs. Pour into a small dish.
Spear the marshmallows with the lollipop sticks without going through the marshmallow.
Dip each marshmallow into the chocolate and then into the graham cracker crumbs.
Place on a plate covered with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows. Put the plate into the refrigerator to set for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and wrap each marshmallow individually with saran wrap. Place into a large Tupperware container then cover with lid. Keep them stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

You know that I’m going to have to do a quick toasting of the marshmallow first, right? Love these for a work function, they’ll flip when I bring a dessert.
