Mini Bagel Pizzas
I made these homemade mini bagel pizzas for today’s after-school snack. My kids devoured them while reading and said they were GREAT! I love that this homemade mini pizza recipe took 10 minutes to bake and only has five ingredients.
Mini Bagel Pizzas
Ingredients:
- 3 mini bagels
- Pizza sauce or Marinara sauce, to taste
- Shredded mozzarella, to taste
- Mini pepperoni slices
- Dried basil, to taste
How to Make Mini Bagel Pizzas
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Separate the bagels then spread some pizza or marinara sauce over each half.
Add the cheese and some mini pepperoni slices then sprinkle a bit of basil on top.
Place into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bagel is crisp on the bottom.
Serve immediately. Enjoy.

Snacks like this make me so happy and remind me of my childhood. Pizza bagels are the best!
I remember when I made these for my children. They loved them. Your minis look yummy.
What a brilliant idea Pam 🙂
This would make a great lunch!
Has anyone tried to freeze these so you can just grab, microwave and eat?
Lauren,
I just made them for the first time this week so I haven’t had a chance to freeze a batch yet. If you do try it, please let me know how they turn out.
Pam
i still haven’t been able to find those adorable tiny pepperonis, but this is the perfect use for them!
Way better than the tiny frozen kind!
