I don’t know why it took me so long to make and try a green smoothie. Oh the years I’ve wasted! My sister Dana recently made a green smoothie for me and I loved it. It filled me up, gave me energy, and kept me full for hours. The almond butter and Greek yogurt give this green smoothie a nice amount of protein which keeps me going while the spinach and banana give me a boost of fruits & veggies. I really feel great after drinking this smoothie and it truly is delicious! Who knew spinach and banana would be so tasty together?
Place the spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, almond butter, and honey into a blender. Blend very well until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Enjoy.
i require a lot of additional ingredients whenever i think about making a spinach smoothie–i think what you’ve done would cover the taste just enough! lovely hue. 🙂
