Green Smoothie
Oh, the years I’ve wasted! My sister Dana recently made a green smoothie for me and I loved it. The almond butter and Greek yogurt give this green smoothie a nice amount of protein, which keeps me going while the spinach and banana give me a boost of fruits & veggies. I feel great after drinking this smoothie and it truly is delicious! Who knew spinach and banana would be so tasty together? Smoothies are the best!
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup baby spinach, packed
- ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 tsp almond butter
- ½ tsp honey, if desired
How to Make a Green Smoothie
Place the spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, almond butter, and honey into a blender.
Blend very well until smooth and creamy.
Drink immediately. Enjoy.
i require a lot of additional ingredients whenever i think about making a spinach smoothie–i think what you’ve done would cover the taste just enough! lovely hue. 🙂
