Roast Beef Slider with Sharp Cheddar, Arugula, and Horseradish Cream

I was excited about this roast beef slider with sharp cheddar, arugula, and horseradish cream recipe I wanted to make with the leftover slow-roasted beef with creamy horseradish sauce I recently made. This easy recipe for roast beef sliders was a snap to make, it tasted amazing, and paired nicely with potato salad and a simple butter lettuce salad. Quick. Simple. Delicious. Guess what I had for lunch three days in a row? YUM!
