Roast Beef Slider with Sharp Cheddar, Arugula, and Horseradish Cream

Roast Beef Slider with Sharp Cheddar, Arugula, and Horseradish Cream

I was extra excited for the roast beef sliders I wanted to make with the leftover slow-roasted beef with creamy horseradish sauce I recently made. These little sliders are a snap to make and they tasted AMAZING. I slathered the toasted buns with the leftover creamy horseradish sauce then layered it with roast beef, sharp cheddar, and arugula. Quick. Simple. Delicious. Guess what I had for lunch three days in a row? YUM!
