Oh, how I loved this refreshing cocktail! I really enjoyed the freshness the cucumber and mint added to this simple cocktail and the zing from the fresh lime juice. I like to keep my cocktails low in sugar but if you like a sweeter drink, adding some simple syrup would work well with this cucumber lime vodka fizz. This light and refreshing drink was a nice treat and a tasty way to end a very hot and busy day.

How to Make a Cucumber Lime Vodka Fizz

Fill a glass with ice. Place a few cucumber slices in the glass along with a few leaves of mint. Squeeze the juice of half a lime in each glass. Add the vodka then top with the lime sparkling water. Top with a thin cucumber ribbon and extra lime on the side, if desired. Cheers!

Side Note: If you prefer sweeter cocktails, simply add a bit of simple syrup, to taste.

Ingredients

4 slices of cucumber + two cucumber ribbons for garnish (optional)
Several mint leaves to taste
Juice of 1 lime divided + more for serving
1.5 oz shot of vodka per glass
Lime sparkling water

If I drank alcohol, I definitely would want this!

I have been enjoying a similar drink, but using EFFEN Cucumber Vodka. I use one shot of that, juice of half a lime, and then top with sparkling water. So easy and refreshing! If you see a bottle at your liquor store, I highly recommend!
