Herb & Garlic Dip

Herb & Garlic Dip

It’s been so hot here in Oregon that I have had absolutely no desire to cook any meals. We had friends coming over for dinner tonight so I decided to do a smorgasbord of food with a cheese and meat plate, lots of fruit, and a vegetable tray with this herb & garlic dip. I used what herbs I had in the refrigerator which were dill, parsley, basil, and chives. The dip was super quick to make and tasted so refreshing and delicious with the crisp vegetables.
