Herb & Garlic Dip
It’s been so hot here in Oregon that I have had no desire to cook any meals. We had friends coming over for dinner tonight so I decided to do a smorgasbord of food with a cheese and meat plate, lots of fruit, and a vegetable tray with this herb & garlic dip. I used the herbs I had in the refrigerator–dill, parsley, basil, and chives. The dip was quick to make and tasted so refreshing and delicious with the crisp vegetables.

We have a very unusual hot summer too and no rain at all.. The dip looks great. You said it’s herb garlic, but I don’t see the garlic in the ingredient-list.
Angie,
Thank you! I used one clove & have corrected the recipe.

In India, Monsoon Season is going on. I think we can enjoy this herb garlic dip with fritters and breadsticks. Thanks for sharing this. 🙂
I am sure this will make a great combination with garlic bread or even just a spread on a toast. Thanks for sharing this.
