Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Garlic Butter Mushrooms

These little beauties and a big green salad made a very tasty dinner recently. We love stuffed mushrooms and have always loved mushrooms on our pizza so I thought these pepperoni pizza stuffed garlic butter mushrooms would be a tasty and fun meal. I stuffed the center with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese then topped each one with some mini pepperoni. Next, I added some garlic butter to the skillet for the last few minutes of baking to give the mushrooms an even more delicious flavor. Finally, I topped the baked mushrooms with fresh basil right before serving and they were so tasty and a hit with the whole family.
