The Best Blue Cheese Dressing
This is the best blue cheese dressing recipe I’ve ever had–including homemade and store-bought. I noticed my son hasn’t been using our normal house salad dressing on his salads lately so I suggested making him some homemade blue cheese dressing which made him smile because he loves blue cheese. I found this recipe on The Spruce Eats that said it was “the best recipe around” so I made it. I loved the tang from the buttermilk and the umami from the Worcestershire sauce, but the best part was the big chunks of blue cheese throughout the dressing. My son and I LOVE this blue cheese dressing and think it is the best!

One of my favourite dressings!
Love blue cheese dressing! And although we like our recipe, it’s one of the few dressings I sometimes buy from the supermarket (those dressings that are refrigerated are pretty good). Your dressing looks excellent — a lot of neat flavor twists. Gotta try it! Thanks.
The dressing I love and love your recipe.
Blue cheese dressing is a favorite and I’m always in search of “the best” so I consider this a must try
I grew up on jarred blue cheese dressing, but this looks so much better!
I made this today! Sooo good!
And we’re having it liberally drizzled on Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches. Oh, can’t wait for dinner…
Thank you, Pam
Anne,
Yay! I’m so glad you like it–drizzled on sandwiches sounds amazing! Yum.
