Pickles and Pickled Veggie Round-Up
I’ve created a pickle and pickled veggie round-up in case you are in the mood to do some pickling this week. My daughter is a HUGE pickle lover so I always have some homemade pickles of some sort on hand. Since we are running low, I plan on making a batch of the quick refrigerator spicy garlic-dill pickles this weekend.
What fun!!! I love these recipes. Just this morning I sliced my cukes to pickle. Not to make pickles, but just to pickle them. I’m really excited about the outcome! I’ve never actually made pickles before, and I love them, so I have no idea why not!
I used to pickle vegetables when we had our gardens in New England but all I do now is pickle onions. Seeing your pickled radishes reminded me that I had them on a meal at a restaurant recently and they we great. Thank you for the inspiration Pam.
