Adobo Seasoning

Often used in Filipino and Mexican dishes, this all-purpose homemade adobo seasoning is a blend of paprika, garlic, oregano, cumin, and other spices, and adds instant flavor to chicken, pork, beef, vegetables, and more.

Adobo Seasoning

A friend recently told me she uses an adobo seasoning blend to season everything she cooks, and she loves it. After looking at several recipes online, I adapted a recipe I found on Allrecipes that sounded tasty, and I use all the spices on the recipe list often, so combining them sounded like a great idea. This easy homemade adobo seasoning recipe uses staple pantry spices and is ready in less than 5 minutes.
