Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Chutney Panini
How can something so simple and easy to make taste so AMAZING? I made a four-ingredient sandwich for my son and me to share and we both thought it was delicious. My son told me it was awesome and ate every last bite of his half. I have to say, I am pretty proud of my little foodie…not many 4-year-old kids would eat this sandwich and love it. I never add butter or oil to the bread because I don’t like my sandwiches greasy. Cooking them “dry” makes them turn out extra crispy and so tasty.
Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Chutney Sandwich:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 3 slices of turkey
- Brie (I used double creme but triple would be great too)
- Cranberry chutney
Heat the panini maker. Spread the chutney on both pieces of bread. Layer it with turkey then add brie.
Place the sandwich on the panini grill and cook for 4-5 minutes. If you don’t have a panini grill, use a skillet over medium heat and cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown.

very nice…
This looks delicious!
What a wonderful combination in a sandwich! I will have to try this one when cranberry sauce is in season. I’m assuming that will work instead of cranberry chutney? I haven’t seen those around….
I love Brie cheese so this recipe really appeals to me, it looks delicious.
That is what I am talking about!
I made cranberry chutney for dinner. Found a toast cheese sandwich with same ingredients as yours, but they added a persimmon. Oh mama! So I am going to use yours and remove the persimmon! I am ready for one right now! thanks
