Apple-Ginger Sparkler

Apple-Ginger Sparkler

I was recently sent two bottles of R.W. Knudsen Family Apple Ginger Juice. This juice has no added sugar and it tastes great! I have been a big fan of R.W. Knudsen Family juices since I first tried them several years ago. Their juices are always delicious, have no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and they are a part of the Non-GMO project, which I love! The two juices they sent me are 100% pure juice with no sweeteners added. I love that there are lots of things you can do with their juices other than just drink them, you can make curds, jams, smoothie bowls, or marinades. Thank you R.W. Knudsen Family for my delicious apple ginger juice!

My kids were taking a break from playing outside and were hot and thirsty. Although the juice is delicious on its own, I decided to give it a little pep.  I muddled some fresh mint in a glass with a wooden spoon then added the apple ginger juice along with some lemon juice and a bit of sparkling water. The combination of flavors was refreshing and delicious. My kids absolutely loved this apple-ginger sparkler and finished them in minutes.
