Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
This deliciously flavorful and potent seasoning blend has a fantastic mix of herbs and spices that will transport you to the Caribbean.
I love making homemade spice blends, dry rubs, and seasoning salts because spices are expensive, and making them at home saves so much money. I found this spicy and flavorful Jamaican jerk seasoning recipe on Jo Cooks and threw it together in minutes. The smell, spice, and flavor this rub gives chicken, pork, fish, and veggies is so delicious and addictive!

Looks like a good blend with controllable heat. I’ve only done jerk using a marinade so I’ll look forward to trying the dry spices.
Good spice to have in the pantry and even better homemade.
