Watermelon Blueberry Yogurt Bites
These tasty watermelon blueberry yogurt bites are a refreshing frozen dog treat layered with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and watermelon juice.
We have had a heatwave for a few weeks now and it doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. Grace needed some new frozen treats to help keep her cool so I went to see what we had on hand. We had some watermelon that nobody seemed to be eating in the fridge, a handful of blueberries, and a little bit of Greek yogurt so I made these frozen watermelon blueberry yogurt bites for her. These frozen dog treats were a tad bit messy to make, but Grace was so excited & happy with the treats, it made it worth the extra effort.
How to Make Watermelon Blueberry Yogurt Bites
Blend the watermelon in a blender or with an immersion blender, until very smooth.
Spoon a bit of Greek yogurt into the bottom of the silicone trays. Top the yogurt with a single blueberry or a few depending on the size of the tray.
Pour the watermelon juice on top and place the silicone dog treat trays on a baking sheet. Gently tap the silicone trays lightly on the counter then place them into the freezer for two to three hours, or until frozen solid.
Transfer the frozen watermelon blueberry yogurt bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer. Enjoy.

Very creative and they sound delicious. We’ve been eating lots of melon and berries but just plain.
