White BBQ Sauce

Used as a marinade, basting sauce, and/or serving sauce, this delicious White BBQ Sauce is creamy, tangy, & spicy, and only takes a few minutes to make.

White BBQ Sauce

Different from other barbecue sauces, white barbecue sauce (aka Alabama White Sauce), uses mayonnaise as its base along with vinegar and other umami-filled ingredients. I recently found an easy recipe for White BBQ Sauce by Chef Dennis and decided to give it a try. This delicious Alabama white sauce was tangy, spicy, creamy, and tasted great drizzled over spicy chicken drumsticks, and we all enjoyed it.

  1. I saw this on Dennis’ site too. I tried the white sauce many years ago but don’t recall how I liked it. It has several more ingredients than the original from Big Bob Gibson’s BBQ restaurant. Since I have grandkids visiting and was looking for something for supper, I believe you just gave me the answer.
