Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Sometimes I can be a really cool mom. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining, and it was nearly 75 degrees, so the kids and I headed out for a long walk to the park. We enjoyed seeing all the flowers in bloom, the cherry blossom trees, and, of course, playing while at the park. The kids were ready for a snack when we got home, and I surprised them with this easy strawberry yogurt parfait recipe. They were THRILLED and declared me the best and most awesome mom in the world–of course, that made my day. I found this decadent granola with little bits of chocolate at Trader Joe’s and decided it would be perfect for a sundae or parfait. The creamy yogurt and sweet berries were delicious, but the crunchy chocolate granola stole the show.
